A large scale mountain painting, made from Nadia's studies of the resort Arosa in the Swiss Alps. Nadia danced the brush down the slopes, following the contours of the mountain, to create layers of snow covering. She used her paint loosley and whilst still wet, in order to manipulate it and blend into shape. She used a pallet knife to pull highlights across the canvas, and to also add jaggedly rocks to the peaks.
A cool palette of purples, blues and white hues. Figures can be added to make the painting even more bespoke.
