If in the exceptionally rare case of damage upon receipt then please notify us in the first instance. Photographic evidence of the damage may also be required to assist in the claim.

Royal Mail delivery at £2.50 cost within the UK. Delivery time between 2-3 days depending on stock levels. Rest of the world 7-10 days for postage with delivery priced depending on destination.
